Thurne Dyke Windpump, Norfolk

The drainage pump known as Morse's Mill has been restored and is fully operational. Windmills were used to drain the Norfolk Broads and make the land available for agriculture. Drainage pumps are still required to maintain the unique landscape of this part of East Anglia.
