Louise Heusinkveld
Born in the UK and raised in Toronto, Canada, I was given my first camera at the age of 10. While on overseas assignment with my husband, I was able to return to photography and learn digital imaging techniques. My work is now entirely digital, from capture through to final output. Today I work with a Canon 5DIII and IV, an Olympus OMD E-M5, and a selection of Canon, Panasonic, and Tamron lenses.
I completed the City & Guilds Photography courses, earning “distinction” in each course, and was subsequently enrolled as a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society. I joined Epsom Camera Club in 1999, and was Chairman for one year before returning to Canada in 2003.
For 3 years I was an active member of the Foothills Camera Club in Calgary, Alberta. After a brief stay in Upstate New York, we spent 5 years dividing our time between Texas and Malaysia, followed by Paris. I am now located in South Carolina.
In Malaysia I contributed a six part series of articles on basic photography to a local magazine.
My work is available as prints on glossy or matte art papers or canvas, or for licence. For further information on purchase please click on the Contact Us button and send me an email enquiry. Alternatively, many images have a link to agency print sales or licence.
