Still Waters

Idaho is a state of great contrasts. From waving wheat fields as far as the eye can see, the view gives way suddenly to mysterious canyons that wind for miles, or spectacular mountains. North of Boise is McCall, a favourite destination for year-round cottages and sports. We drove around Payette Lake and found this pristine scene of firs reflected in a still pond.
